This describes your terms and conditions of employment, including the type of employment, allowances, classifications, and rates of pay. This agreement expired in 2018. An announcement on the YMCA Victoria website states, “We would never intentionally pay our employees, and we are working on a process to ensure that all affected employees are reclassified and reimbursed as soon as possible.” Company agreements can be tailored to the needs of specific companies. As the aquatic sector comes under increasing scrutiny for underpayment of staff and violation of conditions and rights, the YMCA Victoria has taken “full responsibility” for the insufficient payments and has committed to reimbursing all affected current and former employees. Company agreements are collective agreements concluded at company level between employers and employees on working and employment conditions.
